David Finlay, the farmer who features in A Dairy Story, is a fourth generation dairy farmer based in south west Scotland whose pioneering work in regenerative, high-welfare dairy is increasingly being recognised by the industry. Rainton, David’s farm, is the farm that proved cow-with-calf dairy could be done at commercially viable scale.
